Instructions

Cut pork into chunks. Marinate with garlic, oregano, olive oil, Sazon, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350F. Place pork in a baking dish. Roast 50-60 minutes until tender and golden.

Cook rice: bring water to boil, add rice and salt. Cover and simmer 18 minutes.

Shred or chop the roasted pork.

Serve pork over rice with pan juices drizzled on top.
