Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F. Scrub potatoes, pierce, rub with olive oil and salt. Bake 45 minutes.

While potatoes bake, cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, about 6-8 minutes.

Season beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Let potatoes cool slightly. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out insides, leaving a thin shell.

Mix scooped potato with seasoned beef and half the cheese. Stuff back into skins.
